Do not promote to the Netherlands

Do you operate in the Dutch market? If so, it’s critically important that you are aware of the regulations and work with Royal Panda to achieve full compliancy.

Please find below clear and practical guidance on the compliance requirements you should be aware of. We trust this will assist you further in achieving full compliance with these requirements and any applicable legislation.

What compliance rules should you be aware of?

Do not promote to The NetherlandsIt’s critical that you do not promote Royal Panda, RP Affiliates, and our brands to your Dutch audience.

As per point 6.12 of our Terms and Conditions, you have agreed not to supply Royal Panda and RP Affiliates with traffic, or in any way promote our brands, via the following channels:

  • Websites whose URLs utilize the .nl top-level domain (TLD) extension;
  • Third party marketing specifically targeting the Netherlands; and/or
  • Any marketing activities communicated (in whole or in part) in the Dutch language.

You should also be aware that you should not market to your audience using imagery associated with the Netherlands, including - but not limited to - the Dutch flag, windmills, tulips, etc. Additionally, you should not be providing false and misleading information that may attract Dutch customers, such as stating that iDEAL can be used as a payment method. Royal Panda does not enable the use of iDEAL.

Kindly be advised that casino reviews of any sort are not allowed and thus subject to the prohibition to market the Royal Panda brands to the Dutch audience.

What happens if you do not follow the provisions of Royal Panda’s Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions as well as the legislative requirements?

We have adopted a one-strike policy for any breaches of our Affiliate Terms and Conditions, legislative requirements, as well as misrepresentation of the Royal Panda brand. This means that we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you immediately if you breach any of the above-mentioned sources.
